When I was young my family used to head off to the Balearic island of Majorca each July for our summer holiday. It was not until I took up photography as a hobby that I started to really appreciate the scenery and culture of the area. The bay in Porto Pollensa was always full of small Spanish fishing boats and tenders, many tied up to old wooden jetties or moored close to shore. Every morning at dawn these small boats would head out to sea to fish, many then selling their catch to the local restaurants.
Canvas reproductions of Gavin's photographs are available as a gallery wrap, or in a black wood frame. Prints available in both rectangular and square aspects, sizes listed at right.
